| No, Netpay requires absolutely no additional hardware or software. The only thing you have to do is connect Netpay to your systems over a defined interface. All data – goods, payment and customer data – are then exchanged over this interface.

|
| You don’t have to own a website in order to have merchant account. You can sell products over phone and to charge the costumer through your Netpay account.

| After you applied the application form, one of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours. The account will be opened, once we get your signed agreement notarized and after paying the setup fee one of our assessment personnel will contact you to verify your information.

| Any customer who knowingly and deliberately supplies false information NetPay will be denied access to the NetPay’s Online Merchant Service. Sellers cannot use this service to engage in the selling and/or distribution of specific types of goods and services, such as:

- Audio text
- Custom golf clubs
- Gaming, lottery
- Sweepstakes
- Pyramid schemes
- Escort services
- Credit card insurance programs
- Online trading (brokerage)
- Travel and travel related businesses
- Airlines
- Videotext
- Mail order herbal remedies
- Multi-level marketing companies
- Online newsletters
- Materials and/or information that is considered grossly offensive or libelous
- Illegal substances and/or activities
- Products and services that infringe on the trademarked or copyrighted property of others
Netpay’s reserves the sole right to disallow or terminate any online merchant on the basis of inappropriate or illegal goods or services. Apart from those we accept all kind of products.

| 10. | How do my customers know that they can pay with NetPay? |

| If you wish to accept payments using Netpay services, simply create a pay by Netpay button next to your product offer. Once a visitor clicks this button, the Netpay popup secured payment window is then invoked. The payee information, amount due and merchant logo are then displayed and the payer is requested to enter his payment details information.

| 11. | Can I manually process transactions? |

| Yes. you can manually process transactions using Netpay virtual internet Point of sale terminal. This terminal allows the merchant to accept credit-card and e-checking information to be charged via telephone or fax. the merchant will then need to securely log-in to his/her Netpay web based merchant management system to transmit and debit the consumer payment using card holder credit card or bank information.
